character selection load screen crashes

Is there a way to arrange a time to screen share someone to help trouble shoot the issue and determine a solution to this problem?

I am crashing several times each time I attempt to select a character and the game crashes when in the load screen.

i experience this as well. I have to start and reestart multiple times before finally i am lucky enough to load in. Please help me fix this before the new league
