They never consider players who don't have much time, only those who can stay there for a long time.

There used to be one option to respec your points, now there is two. You can either use the gold you get from passively killing monsters over time, or you can use regret orbs which you also get from.. killing monsters over time. Regrets are also very cheap considering how often someone should have to respec.
