Got kicked out of game and lost all my loot and simulacrum

I was playing a simulacrum with my friend and suddenly got kicked out, lost ALL the loot I had gotten in simulacrum AND lost the simulacrum.

This sucks because I am still poor and this was a big investment for me in the game. Also I had good loot from the simulacrum map and lost all that too.

Now it happened AGAIN! WTF?!?!?! THis is so infuriating! WE lost ALL loot, expensive emotions and exalts and one div!!!! This is so unfair! :((((

Am I ever gonna get any reply to this?
