Milan server latency issue

Hi, can someone tell me why milan server are sht right now? i didnt have any problem with the server 1 month ago, but now i need to play on frankfurt servers or my latency go up to 2000 ms sometimes, but of course in frankfurt servers my ms is 40 so sometimes the game dont let me go in istance or tp me back when im trying to speedrun the campaign.

i tryed everything before changing server to frankfurt, checking modem,using a vpn, upgrade the modem, refresh my cache, but it looks that is a server problem.
