Game crashing when standing near working bench - FIXED

People I'm in need of your help, my cpu usage is spiking to 100%, disabling the 0 and 1 core doesn't work, setting priority to max is not working either. All graphic settings are set on low I also tried every rendering option: Vulcan, Direct 12 and direct 11 it doesnt change anything.

Edit:
i switched from a client version on HDD to a steam version on SSD and the problem dissapeared.
