Lost Phrecia Tabs after migration to Standard.

My characters from Settlers and Necro-Settlers successfully migrate to Standard with all their Tabs.
Character from Phrecia didn't migrate automated.
I pressed [Migrate Character] and he was moved to Settlers.
Then pressed again and it moved him to Standard, but without his Tabs.

In inventory from Standard option 'Hide Remove-only Tabs' doesn't show at all.
In options 'Hide Remove-only Tabs' disabled.
Button [>>] show message 'There are no available leagues to migrate progress from'.

Update: Button [>>] became active and I was able to migrate Tabs.
