Game crash

Hi. after i update my GPU 3050TI i have a problem with shader cashes the game cant generate areas in both poe 1 and 2. in poe 1 after i chose the character and trying to log in the game will crash instantly. and cpu usage goes so high in both games. for now i cant play poe1 and in poe 2 cpu usage goes very high please help
