Getadaptersinfo - not able to start POE2

Hello

I'm running into a few issues since I got myself a new laptop.
I keep getting the error "Getadaptersinfo" when launching the game on my new laptop.

I did not come across this error on my old laptop on which I've been playing since the launch of EA.

Below you can find my device specifications:

Device name MSI
Processor   Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 285HX 2.80 GHz
Installed RAM     32.0 GB (31.4 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080

Please let me know if I need to provide any other information for troubleshooting.. I'm not much of a technical guy..

I'm able to run POE1 without any issue. POE2 not at all.

Hi Sam,

Please post a DxDiag on Pastebin and give us a link to it there.

If you're unfamiliar with DxDiags, EA have a step-by-step guide available here which should get you through the process. Open it using Notepad to copy 'n' paste it over to Pastebin.
