Can't load update/Update doesn't start

30 sec - checking for resources and then this message pops up:
"Connection failure - Disconnected from patching server before patching completed. Try again"
I tried to delete all temp files and cache files, ran PackCheck.exe, nothing seems to work.

try vpn or install steam client

VPN seems to work, but my question is: Why do i need VPN to download a patch? How does it work? :D
