Auto pause doesn't let me play due to bad Internet connection

My latency has always been above 100ms. I play in predictive mode. Before the implementation of auto-pause, I played well. While I've had issues in the past, they've been brief and resolved fairly quickly. But now that auto-pause is a reality, I have thoughts about quitting the game due to literally being unplayable for me (Changing ISP is not an option for me, since where I live it is the only one available).

Some of the problems that have happened to me in a short period of time trying to play:

When I use a skill and then auto-pause occurs, the skill doesn't do anything but the character just stand still, so I have to press the skill again once it's unpaused.

If an auto-pause occurred when clic to move to the next zone, the character approaches the zone and stand still next to the zone, so I have to click again to go to the next zone.

Several micro-pauses occur in short period of time, meaning that if I have do any action at that time, the action won't be done and character will do whatever I was doing before the micro-pauses.

I wish there was a way to disable auto-pause, I understand it's a good feature, I kind of love hit escape and the game just pauses so I can do whatever else I have to then back to the game having no worries some random thing just killed me, but it leaves out people like me in the current state, thanks in regards!
