Mouse is unsynced with the game?

I played earlier right after servers went live without any issues. I logged, went to work, got home, ran the game, and now I can't click any buttons in the UI. I managed to get into the game using the keyboard but if I click anywhere to make my character move, to open stash, or anything, my char does some random crap. I've restarted my PC. I've ran "PackCheck" in the PoE folder, I'm at a lose. My mouse works just fine everything else and everything worked fine before going to work. Nothing has changed on my end except the game updating when I ran it tonight. Help?

Oh yea, I ran the stand alone client, Windows 10.

Fixed: Leaving this for others who may run into the problem. Somehow the game changed my in-game resolution so my mouse was not aligning. I had to go into User\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile to find the product_config.ini file. I tried to just changed the resolution width to what my monitor is at but that didn't help. So reluctantly I pulled the file from the folder, logged in and the game created a new one and now I'm sitting here re-tweaking all my settings but it worked. Probably a better way, if someone knows it, please share.
