Decided to play new char after a long break...

Cause, you know, the game probably got much better after all the patches and stuff. And I bet all the server issues are fixed by now...

Anyway, first thing I see is that servers are down. But ok, maintenance happen. I wasn't really keeping track of what's going on and missed the announcement. No biggie. Gonna play tomorrow.

Next day, long after servers got back up, I can't even finish the very first location and get disconnected (losing the progress, of course). But maybe I'm just THAT unlucky. Let's try again.

Start again. Finish the location this time. Can't enter the town. Failed to connect to instance or whatnot. After few tries get disconnected again. Game server lost contact with the realm.

Going back the the start. Again.


Few questions:
1. Why would anyone continue playing after this?
2. How the hell this game is in such a poor state half a year after EA release?
3. And why GGG aren't embarrased over all this?

All are kinda rhetorical.
