Game getting stuck on loading screen

The game is getting stuck on loading screen and gears keep rotating and music from previous location keeps going on. It happens once in every 20-30 min.
Need to Alt+F4 to restart the games and run the previous zone agin. The gets loaded in next section sometime after 5-10 min with 10k+ ping.

CPU : 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H@2.30GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050Ti
RAM: 16 GB
