EU servers are unplayable 3.26

Since the new league started and still after patch I have latency spikes up to 5000 ms every 2-5 seconds, random instance crashes while loading to them, disconnects or even rollbacks.

Tried diffrrent servers but still the same issue

I see I'm not the only one with this issue
