Frequent disconnects on EU servers

Since launch I have been experiencing frequent disconnects and rollbacks on EU servers. Many other people in the SSF chat channel are reporting similar results. The ping spikes into the thousands, sometimes stutters a bit and becomes playable for a few frames, and then dies and disconnects. If this happened once or twice it would be OK, but it is happening often enough that completing lab without a disconnect is a serious challenge, and map sustain is also going to be problematic.

I tried servers from EU and US zones. Same problem. Lag-disconnect-rollback. It's scary to run maps because of losing progress.
