Why 0 communication regarding constant disconnects?

Why dont you say anything? Like "we are aware of the issue and trying to resolve it as soon as possible" and give some sort of ETA etc???

They did say that they are doing another race event because people from the EU had server issues in the first event. So they are definitely aware of it. But I admit the issue is very severe this time around, I literally cannot play the game because I keep losing all of my loot and maps. I hope they can fix this quickly.

It's not just EU servers. I'm connected in the U.S. and experiencing exactly the same thing.

" Sorry but this isn't a satisfactory response. That was yesterday and they were speaking about EU and "some regions" as if it's confined to certain areas. I think it's clear the problem is everywhere. It's also the following day so they should have given an update by now and also acknowledged the issue is more widespread than that. |
