Error: SSL connect error while Downloading

Hello, I'm getting this error every time I try to run the game. I just tried reinstalling and get the error before the game even installs. I still have windows 7, yea I know, so do they no longer support that? I played fine last league. I've also not seen anyone from GGG helping anyone in this support forum, do they still have staff actually helping people?

They probably think amount of people having the issue is neglectable. Switching to steam helps but I'm not doing that because it isn't my fault their shit broke. If they want me to go to steam I'd rather leave a review there.
