Steam minimum and recommended requirements

I noticed while downloading Path of Exile on Steam:

The recommended storage says you need 40 GB available, but my download was 47.7 GB.
On top of that, just under the system requirements show “© 2006 – 2023 Grinding Gear Games Ltd.” — which kind of suggests the info hasn’t been updated in at least two years.
