Game performance issues, please fix it!!!!

As a long-time fan of Path of Exile 2, my feelings for the game are a complex mix of deep affection and profound disappointment. This is a game I genuinely love, a world I want to get lost in, but my experience, especially since its early access debut, has been a grueling battle against what I can only describe as abusive difficulty and game mechanics.
From the very beginning, Path of Exile 2 threw me into a relentless gauntlet. The initial difficulty spikes and unforgiving systems made me feel like I was being punished rather than challenged. Yet, despite the hardship, despite countless deaths and moments of sheer frustration, my love for the core game, its intricate build possibilities, and its dark, expansive world remained strong. I persevered, learned, adapted, and eventually, I found my rhythm. I started to truly enjoy the demanding nature of its combat and the depth of its systems.
However, just as I began to feel comfortable, another issue appeared, even more frustrating than the last: performance problems. This current season patch has been a constant source of agony. It started with persistent micro-stuttering and screen tearing. I scoured forums, tweaked settings, and tried every suggested fix imaginable, all to no avail. My last resort was a complete reinstall of the game. This, thankfully, resolved the micro-stuttering, but the screen tearing still occasionally pops up during intense action sequences. It was an improvement, yes, but far from perfect.
Now, a new and equally frustrating problem has emerged: very slow map loading times. Despite my efforts to wait for shaders to load a bit before diving into a map, it makes no difference. Creatures often remain invisible until their textures load, and in intense action scenes, when the game's shaders haven't loaded in time, the visuals will choke for a bit. This only happens a few times because after the textures successfully load, it won't happen again, but in those moments, I often get slowed down and die senselessly in combat. It's an incredibly frustrating experience.
What makes this even more annoying is that before this patch, I never had any of these performance problems. My system setup is more than sufficient, and I've always had a smooth experience. It's clear the issues lie within the game itself, not my hardware.
My passion for Path of Exile 2 hasn't wavered. I truly love this game and want to spend countless hours exploring its depths. But when a significant portion of that time is spent troubleshooting frustrating technical issues rather than enjoying the gameplay, it starts to feel pointless. It's hard to justify putting so much effort into a game that constantly throws up arbitrary, time-consuming barriers. I truly hope these performance problems are addressed soon so I can go back to simply enjoying the brutal, yet brilliant, world of Path of Exile 2.
