Servers?? Loot??

Hello,
I know no one will read this message, let alone reply, but oh well, here goes:

I've been on PoE II since the beginning. There have been ups and downs, with good patches to fix some hiccups, but for the past few days, it's been a complete mess!
Disconnections are rife and the loot is mediocre!
I've tried several servers in Europe (I'm in France), and it feels like we're completely forgotten! There are disconnections all the time, slowdowns, whereas on US servers, it's much better.
I'm level 92 with my latest character, and as for loot, it's a complete mess!
I play at least an hour a day minimum, and more on weekends, with tons of encounters with Xesht, and no interesting loot, let alone Divines! In the last 15 days, I've had 1 Divine and 3 Chaos, and 1 interesting weapon... It's absolutely not profitable...
