Game stutters everytime i see new content

Both in PoE 1 & 2, new content is extremely laggy the first time i see it.

1-2 FPS and even youtube music lags.

Performance graphs indicate that shaders are the reason. Can shaders be prebuild at game launch please? Maybe its even possible to make a setting for it, so players with better PCs can choose to skip the prebuild.
