Remove Haggling From Tujen

All it does is add extra repetitive actions for no purpose. Every single time you just scroll to ~70% and get your item. You almost never bother going lower or higher.

i wish enter key would work for simply accepting trades isntead of moving the mouse so much. If you farm logbooks youre drowning in frags, you wont even bother haggling unless it's some remarkably bad offer for exceptionals (like a div for 400, where normally its worth 150 or so)

Maybe Tujen's rates could be RNG on a daily basis like Lab layouts, or maybe hourly ? So you check with Tujen and see that its "hagglin" time where he is sellin his wares at a discount, so you can go ham and clean out your stock or try your luck for even lower rates next day.

So the whole haggling "theme" is there, but its abstracted away.
