Secptres, Staves, Rune Daggers and Wands now roll Attack Modifiers less often

So im playing Wander since a few Seasons, and everything was fine, but with the changes -
(Sceptres, Staves, Rune Daggers and Wands now roll Attack Modifiers less often (Warstaves and Attack Daggers are unaffected by this change).)
its littlery impossible to craft an Wand to get some Damage Upgrades.

I spend about 15k Blue and 15K Red Lifeforce at the Horticrafting to roll on Lightning and Attack modifier, and still im running Red Maps with a Wand I found in the Chambers of Inocent Act 5....

Please, I cant understand why we have Wand Attackskills and cant get Attack Damage on our Weapons.

Same here, playing KB for the first time and having a blast. So much so that I want to play it next league, only I won’t if the attack mod weighting isn’t reverted. I’ve spent so much currency for a wand craft it feels like I’m going for a mirror craft, except I’m only trying to craft my non-mirror end-game wand. After getting t1 spell damage fracture it’s still such an investment to finish the craft that I’ve started settling for t2 mods, which doesn’t feel very good after spending probably 60+ div on the craft.
