Ascendancy trials difficulty

I can run t15s without problem but the 4th trial is pretty much impossible for me. doesnt help that access is locked behind rng. Ascendancies are such fundamental part of builds that I honestly think it should be more accessible. Instead remove all other rewards from the trials if you want. Lab in poe1 wasnt this tough for me. Also because it was more accessible, less dependant on rng and over time I could learn Izaros attacks etc. Sekehmas is too time consuming to get nothing in the end. I would like to either get easier trials or easier access.
