82 lvl pinnacle bosses' stun bar

What is going on with stun bars of those T4 bosses, I never see the yellow dot above their head, and for boneshatter to work the yellow stun bar has to be completely full, so that boneshatter is literally the last attack that hits. It isn't like that on T3 and lower.
Is that intended? Why not make the bar harder to fill but still allow for heavy stun to proc.
Am I missing something?
I have a "homebrew" SSF Smith of Kitava build.
I was lucky to do something that works - Leap Slam + Boneshatter, plus HotA for bosses.
I had a lot of fun, I know not every build needs to be able to do everything, and that what I'm doing must be far from optimized, so if it's intended I can live with that, but if it is, it's not communicated in any way.

Invest in buildup, I guess.
HC SSF. What else? Ruthless when?
I wasn't clear, I meant that they can't be primed for stun.
Once the bar is full they will be stunned, but for other bosses and lower levels you can prime them at ~80% of the bar and use staggering palm or boneshatter to heavy stun them. I can't do that for T4 pinnacle bosses and I'm wondering if that's intended and why.
Maybe you got too much buildup, which is omitting the primed state? LOL

Their drops are probably too good considering they're something you can do over and over again once the league progresses to a certain point. This is an ARPG centered around trading, not a single player game.

There are SSF modes. Guy obviously wants to farm them.
