Legion Monster Drop Pool – Divination Cards and Uniques Missing?

Hi GGG Team and Exiles,

I’d like to share some observations and feedback based on extensive farming involving Legion content in T16.5 Dunes maps.

My Setup:
Scarab of Wisps x2

Horned Scarab of Nemesis x1

Legion Scarab of Officers x1

Legion Scarab x1

T16.5 Maps

110%+ quantity at least with %70+ currency map modifier / 20% deli

Atlas fully specced into Legion, Beyond and all inc. eff. explicit nodes

Scrying done, I selected Basilica Map

After completing over 200 maps, I’ve only received 2x Seven Years Bad Luck and 2x enlightened.

Key Observations:
Legion encounters spawn a large number of rare monsters, yet no other div cards drop.

Just 1 Sacred Orb drop. 2x hinekora's lock and many expected mid-tier currency drops from those rares either.

During past leagues like Phrecia, farming rogue exiles led to a Mageblood/Headhunter every 300 heavy belt drops. The base items were showing up regularly. Now, despite seeing multiple heavy/leather belts per map, I haven’t seen a single unique one.

This leads me to believe that:

Legion rares may have a separate or restricted drop pool, both for divination cards and unique items.

Scrying modifiers may not properly apply to Legion encounters, or perhaps not to unique/rare monsters within them.

Why this matters:
If Legion monsters are effectively operating on a separate drop table, it significantly impacts player expectations when farming targeted content (especially with Scry, magic find, and scarab investments). If intentional, this distinction should be made clearer in-game or in documentation.

I’m not reporting this as a bug, but offering it as feedback because the current behavior feels unintuitive and may go against what experienced players expect from the mechanics involved.

Would appreciate any clarification or discussion from other players and the team.

Thanks for reading!
