they cannot because they insist on 'tiering' them, so we have all that various (and useless in practice) ilvl - they wont add 15 listings per incubator type because noone would list them
legion - while fun to engage with - DESPERATELY needs a debloating patch. and first line in the notes should be 'incubators no longer have levels, they can stack and the better varieties simply drop from higher tier maps'. solved like 10 obnoxious UX issues with one line |

Whether GGG do or don't add incubators to the currency exchange, I'd really like it if incubators could stop having item levels. Like... why? What purpose does that serve, other than to prevent them from stacking in my stash?
