Something wrong with the internet connected

I live in Hamilton NZ, from last night, both NZ and AUS server are like broken. The ping is normal as 4ms- 30ms, but just always be disconnected, and sometimes the game even go back to few mins ago which means in these mins all item I got are dispeared.I thought it is just for short time, but until now it is still bad. Anyone can help me? Is that the servers problem or mine? As before it was all good.
