What does Valdo mean?

There is Valdo Puzzle Box and Valdo T17 maps.

Old atlas region called Valdo's Rest.

Valdo Caeserius is the real name of The Shaper.

This made me chuckle. Someone who, by the looks of it, is a sweaty veteran (40/40 barely 2 weeks into a league), asks who/what "Valdo" is. I guess this proves the old meme: The "S" in ARPG stands for "story" ;)

These days everyone and their grandma can buy most challenges after day 2, doesn’t really say much about being a veteran anymore.

I only bought uber bosses, everything else done by myself.
I can make a boss killer for them though, just don't really like bossing, so making a character to kill 4 bosses and never do them again feel excessive.

That said, I never seen anything in the game which says anything about who Valdo is.

Didn't play Synthesis league myself but I guess there were some hints? Also way back during War for the Atlas probably?

Anyway, no need to defend yourself. Most of us are here for the gameplay rather than the story, myself included. I try to listen to story dialogue once when new content is added, but sometimes I can't be bothered to even do that. I did however watch some of Kittencatnoodle's lore videos on youtube. They are really well made and worth watching if you ever get curious about that kind of thing.
