was disconnected from the server and lost map + currencies

I’ve been grinding T16 Ambush maps for days. Literally hours on end, just farming, trying to get something good. And then today, for the first time this league, I finally run into a Divine Altar at the start of a map.

Then, out of nowhere, I get disconnected. I’ve been playing all league without any issues, but now, of all times,it happens. I reconnect, and the map’s gone. All the maps, currencies, and loot I’ve picked up are just gone. It’s like the game decided to take everything I worked for and just wipe it out.

I don’t get it. Why now? Why, when I finally get something rare, does this happen? I’ve never had a problem until today, so why did the server kick me at the worst possible time? And now, there’s no way to recover anything.

Is there any chance of compensation for this kind of thing? Losing all that progress over something that was completely out of my control is beyond frustrating. I’m honestly just really disappointed right now.
