Guild Hideout Reset

For some reason our guild hideout has been resetting needing me as the guild leader to interact with Helena to get the hideout functioning again.

The same thing happens to me. Did you fix it?

Been trying to get assistance for almost as long via email support. After thry requested and received proof three times, then not getting updates for months, I get:

"As mentioned previously, we can confirm that this is a known issue that the team are looking into. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause."

Never once was it mentioned, and maybe had it been said I wouldn't have bought 3 more tier 3 supporter packs myself to donate and troubleshoot, or had a buddy take guild lead and also buy a tier 3 pack to donate a hideout that just doesn't keep!
