Can't find starfall crater

ran about 1000 maps, and in all that time I got only 2 starfall craters, I run the silo map where it is impossible to miss it. and all the nodes for ore and beasts are taken. I run with scarabs for additional ore and beasts. Maybe someone has encountered the same error and knows what the problem might be

I've run probably 200+ t16 maps with all the Kalguuran scarabs and nodes in the atlas for ore and not a single starfall crater yet.

200+ Strand and still cant find Starfall Crater...
