Can not change portal access [PS5]

On the Playstation 5, while trying to edit Portal Access, I am unable to scroll to the other options. Currently, portal access is stuck on "Only you". Party members can not enter my map portals.

Follows is the steps taken:

Within Hideout
Press L3 to Edit Hideout
Press Touchpad to Open Hideout Stash
Press R3 + Down (on the directional pad)
-"Only You" is the currently selected option and I am unable to select anything else

I can't seem to change it that way either. You can still change it from the options menu under the general tab.
