Trying to Farm Uber Cortex

Only asking this because I cant find the answer anywhere. and no one replies in twitch or youtube chats.

Which T17 gives me the best drop chance for Synthesizing fragments (aka uber cortex fragments)?

I know this but does this mean that each of these has an equal chance of dropping it because I saw some people running only 1 specific T17 for 1 specific fragment? Also I've done like 20 maps and only dropped 1 frag from all three of these maps....

As far as I know it is equal chance within those parameters. I would think the likely reason for them focusing on one boss specifically might be because it is easier for them to do that boss and they can farm faster that way.
