witch/elementalist leveling guide?

is there a site or good leveling guide for leveling witch/elementalist

Just use any high rated build guide- they usually tell you how to level your character. Usually witch goes with rolling magma and translates into firestorm. Once you’re at maps or dependent on your endgame build you can translate to your main skill gem at maps or during campaign at around lvl 35-40. Depends on your build and items.
