Movement Speed + Onsloaght Recipe

Hey!
I'm trying to get movspeed+onslaught enchant in my crafting bench but I just don't know how to unlock it. Tried to discover it with veiled items, I think I read you need to discover it 3 times in order to unlock the recipe and I'm 100% sure I did it but still no craft. Can anybody help me? Is thgere a specific location to unlock it? Do I need to do something very specific? I also don't even have it under "undiscovered" I'm sure it'll be way easier than I think or maybe I somehow have it but it's under some strange name? Thanks everyone for the help! According to https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Crafting_Bench its on 'Mesa' map.
