Back from hospital

Haii everyone, been hospitalized for 2 months and was looking forward to come out and play POE again.

Can someone explain why POE 1 seem to have more people than POE 2?

Also could anyone spare a few things for leveling and get going abit easier? Seems the league is a bit far in, maybe someone is quitting or have some spare stuff by now :o) I'd aprreciate abit help, just to enjoy the start abit more.

Cause PoE1 came out with a new league after a year and well PoE2 is not a good game right now in my opinion.
