The game crashed into a freeze; please help me switch from DirectX 12 to Vulkan for stability.

Can someone help me play games on Vulkan? DirectX 12 almost causes my game to freeze and crash continuously. My friend plays on Vulkan without any issues, but when I switch to Vulkan, the game crashes and barely loads past the main screen.
My computer configuration: I3 10100F RXR 2060S 8GB VRAM RAM 16GB WIN 10 22H2 My friend has a similar configuration but uses an I3 9100F and has no issues. I don't understand why ? Last bumped on Jul 14, 2025, 4:50:18 AM
