game freeze, reload after a minute or close without warning

my game has been freezing and sometimes crashing to desktop all league. Sometimes it will freeze for a minute or two and then go black with grinding gears while it reloads the map and resets the minimap, but recently it's just been freezing up and then crashing to desktop. It seems this is always accompanied by a warning in the logs as the last known thing, this being the most recent one:

Whatever "skill instance ID" is, it seems to usually be the same few numbers. for example, that one shows up a lot, and so does 32772. Are these microtransactions, and if so, which ones so I can disable them?

Can confirm, still have the same bug that the screen freezes for about half a minute, then I have a black screen while the game starts running again for another 30 seconds and the minimap is gone. Have this happen about two to three times per hour. Happenes since 3.26 and was also present in poe 2 for me.
