Haven't been able to spawn memory tears for a week now

After I did the main quest I dind't realize at first that I didn't spawn any more memory tears. But after a full week of no tears I began wondering what went wrong. So I searched aroud a bit but haven't been able to spawn any more Eagon qestlines.
Here is what I tried so far:
1. I did ~15 red Kirac missions of all sorts.
2. Tried doing only "real" T16 maps (Canyon for example)
3. Different atlas trees with different content (breches vs rituals)
4. Turn on/off maven/exarch/eater and running 10 maps each
5. Removing all scarabs from map device, thus running maps "pure".
6. Doing map tiers 13 for a while, then14, than 15, then 16 again.
All in all I did over 100 maps but haven't had a single tear. I do have the increased spawn chance of tears at top of atlas tree (also tried without). I swithed ascendancy on two of my chars (from chief to bers and slayer to glad). Since I had a "stuck" currency order back from phrecia, I migrated all my chars. I think this might have to do with it. However not being able to play any of the new bosses and content is pretty unsatisfying. I also noticed that I don't drop "memory maps" anymore, still can do those I dropped before finishing the main quest line.
I there anything else I can try, or will I have to wait (for how long?). There are at least two more players in my guild that have the same problem but they didn't even play phrecia, so this can't be the only reason.
I really hove this is resolved soon.

Do you have Zana´s atlas with those red flowers?

If yes then the fastest way i found is to disable most of the content.

I have disabled everything except ritual.

And every 2nd map i find seer, reflect or tears.

Tear is considered another content so the base spawn chance is probably 4%.

With disabling all the content and taking tear atlas nodes you can make it real high spawn chance.

I had no problem finding many of these and I do not even play much.

Also I play T16 tropical forest - which seems to have for some reason really high chance to spawn it or I got very lucky.

Other maps dont spawn it as often.

I have the same problem and nothing helped. In a conversation with Eagon, there is an eternal dialogue about the atlas that does not disappear.

I almost only find him in t16.5 :)
