Eagon no longer spawns in map

I have been farming for days without a single Eagon spawning in my maps.
I have no clue how many maps I've ran at this point, I do not have a memory chain open, I did not transfer from another league, I've been on PC for years.


This issue is killing my desire to play the league because I cannot complete my 40/40. PLEASE HELP!
