You can use any ilvl 86+ body to upgrade the ilvl of a ilvl 82+ body with the non-deterministic recombinator to 86+. 50% chance to destroy the wrong item.

Some ways to get 86+:
- T17 maps or any other 84+ area
- Div card https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Destined_to_Crumble
- Alva temple lvl 83 with 'Sanctum of Unity' (sp?)
- Delve with mod "monsters drop items with +x to item level" (sp?)
- Kingsmarch Shipping; character level may be necessary some
- Gambling Faustus, Gwennen, Rog; at least Rog/Gwennen may need the char to be 90+ for this
