Blast Rain Of Trarthus + Widowhail + Spinehail = Wtf

Took an old Character and just tested stuff out with the New Quiver tech. Spinehail and Widowhail do get ALOT of projectiles.

As you can see with Blast Rain of Trarthus it just spams those waves!

No idea if anyone has a use for that but there it is
