I use automation to link other skills (gloves), but the Flame Dash on the (shoes) is also affected by the automation, even if I place the Flame Dash on the (helmet), it's the same.

Movement skills share a cooldown, so only one can be used at a time, although you will see the same "in use" effect on the skillbar icon for the unused movement skill.
