Divine Bank of Exile --> idea posting

When you use a bank you can limitate the amount of transations AND protect them, and also, verify them. But something is better than that:
Your real money relatively to your patience will not fail to you: you will never be thiefed" If you do correct so.

Idea about how can it be:

1.-(hard but better) Make a BIG map where players can interact like in others MMO but NEVER do it PVP!, and they need to LINK strengths in some pusles, particalicular bosses, temporaly items, buffs, etc.
You can also make the BANK MOBAIL, and players can enter into it (this is hard i know) and literaly transform any valuable item into REAL MONEY, you are feeling weird right? See:

The bank fee will be PERSONAL REAL MONEY on it, and the next part you can deduce it, i see.

2.-(easy) Just put an npc in any town from SECOND ACT to be the bank to do this.

Yea this CAN be a litle WORK but who cares? all want money.

Yea, this will DESTROY the RTM on game becose:
Real money will be on it and each money estraction from olds RTMs was an attack to GGG economy, you can protect this money with the bank policies.

Example: using the 10% of fee of you real money (ggg money), will give 9.4 dollars to you AND 0.6 to the user.
Example: Limitate the amount time on the BANK "platform" and limitate more the acces to it (a mobile treasure)
Example: Your economy will be boosted 10 times in short time, because will be ILEGAL ANY RTM BEYOND THE BANK, for the same: NO one will want be permabaned for just for few money, THE FEES ON CURRENCY "ILEGAL" PLATFORMS BECOMES SOMETIMES IN 35%! I studied them.
