Does echoes of creation boost bleed damage?
Ai and google say no, but from the wording on the helmet, I suspect that they are mistaken. It says generic "damage", so i dont see why it wouldnt.

The very first result google shows is a reddit post, which correctly answers your question (it does). If by google you meant AI overview, then you basically asked AI twice instead of searching.
Let me know if you want it to sound more formal, snarky, or simplified — I’ve got options! |

Yeah the google ai answer appears to be full of nonsense.
"Does echoes of creation boost bleed damage?" "No, Echoes of Creation does not directly increase bleed damage in Path of Exile. It primarily boosts the initial hit damage of an attack and the damage of the next ability hit after using a finisher, with those bonuses being doubled against bleeding targets. Bleed damage is a damage over time (DoT) effect, and the bonus from Echoes of Creation is not directly applied to it." What is a finisher? I Must of missed that concept while playing the game. I have noticed it giving some fairly good answers for certain things I've searched which would be hard to find with the regular search, but there's a lot of stuff like this which it seems to give incorrect or out of context information. Sections of that answer are technically correct, but not in the context of the question that is being asked. Some is wrong and some seems completely made up. Mona is right about the top reddit post having a sufficient answer. I do see a lot of incorrect information on the first page though, including outside the ai sections. I don't know how it works, but if it gets trained using incorrect information i'm not surprised it gives bad responses. Example : from google "people also asked" "Does double damage work for bleed poe?" "Yes, it does. Bleeding deals 70% of the hit (that applied it) damage when the target is stationary and 205% when it's moving. Both criticals and double damage count into it." Inaccurate and out of date information has been part of playing the game since I started near the beginning. The game is updated so much, supplying up to date information is a big task. Dodging the old wiki is part of the game. Luckily the up to date wiki is very good currently and has most the basic information, with very little inaccuracy. If google ai is able to fill in some of the gaps, it might become a useful tool. Think it will have a tough time with some mechanical game questions, seems to be pretty far off with this sort of stuff. Forum/reddit is probably going to be the best for getting answers for a while still. Albeit with errors as well. I try my best to pass on some of the things I know, but often give mistakes too. It is a complex game. Unless the Dev's weight in on certain topics or it is data mined/ directly tested there is a lot of stuff that is guess work.
