Arbiter of Ash, game instability, frustration

After hours of mapping to gather those keys i finally killed Arbiter of Ash and there it was: Morior Invictus. The thing i did this for in the first place. I joyfully picked it up and made the mistake to not immediately use town portal. Instead, i talked to the NPC with the Quest Marker... Game Paused. Ok, no problem i thought, its right in my inventory after all... Tried to log in again: Failed to join any Instances. After five minutes or so, i could log in again, just to find an empty inventory. Hours of playtime: gone, keys: gone, loot: gone. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. :( Sorry i had to vent somewhere and i hope you never come across such a bad experience.

Yes rollbacks are awful, i also got a rollback few minutes ago, i had not a single 1 since they said they were patched.

A rollback would mean i had all the keys and work invested, this is not a rollback, its a roll to nothing.

Sorry bro, shit like this is truly awful.
