Mana Flare

Designed as a support gem, could (should :D) easily be a skill gem instead.
Granted by a wand/staff or maybe a unique (more likely), nothing need to be changed in its design other than be customizable with its own sockets and add Nova in its existing tags.
Having a blast with it and it's very sad it is limited to be a support gem.
