Double Strike - New Skill for dual-wielding 1H Maces

For Content Patch 0.3.0, I urge GGG to add one more mace skill designed for dual-wielding 1-handed Maces. This skill would be similar to Barbarian's Double Swing from D2, which doubles your attack speed. Currently, most warrior's don't even bother with 1-handed Maces since they're significantly weaker vs. 2-handed Maces. Double Strike would be a fun new skill for dual-wielding maces.

Double Strike
Melee, Strike
Requires two one-handed maces equipped
Attack with both weapons, striking two enemies at once (or one enemy twice, if only one enemy is in range). Double Strike doubles your attack speed.
