Act 3 n bloodmage?

Honestly think something not right on xbox charachter get stuck on load screen for days just spins n spins never happened on any of my othertoons except for titan but thats only when i open expedition logbooks, but yeah like cant even finish toon been stuk for ages on act 3 as go to any new zone get stuck on loadn screen weird as, just act 3 jungle onwards???
